Its been ages since I've updated/uploaded anything on here! Been so busy with classes and all. Getting ready for the big gallery show that is happening in a week or so. So excited! I hope everything turns out...we've had one or two hiccups but I think the class is working together very well for the most part. I will be showing my "Distortion and Beauty" series.

I'm also looking at designing a faerie costume...I can't wait...since sewing the catwoman costume I've felt a little more confident in terms of what I can do and being able to improvise. There are two styles when I'm tied between for the overall design of the costume. The first and original one is a shorter fairie dress and the second is a long layered slited skirt that shows off my tummy as well. I'm almost thinking about making it so that I can possibly work both looks but I'm not sure because both would suit my structure. On the other hand, I've seen a lot of stereotype or commercial costumes online that have a similar style to how I wanted it originally...so I'm thinking the longer one may be more unique. Anyways, hopefully I'll get some better drawings up on here to show what I mean, would love to get some opinions!!
